新年饼之~ 炸紫菜饼
又是一款算是我拿手的新年饼, 这个真的容易做到偷笑
把薄饼皮扫上蛋白,放上紫菜,再扫上一层蛋白,盖上另一片薄饼皮,剪小片炸至金黄色即可!剪小片后我还在中间剪个缝,做成像 ribbon 饼,口感更好, 分量也感觉比较多
